Continuation of agreements
NAF signed "Continuation of agreements between MDN and MAF NOBLE DRILLING NORGE AS (NDN) NOBLE ANSATTES FORENING (NAF)" on 22 December 2022.
The agreement is important because it ensures that all agreements and protocols we had locally between Maersk Drilling Norge as and Maersk Ansattes Forening are continued between NDN and NAF.
To put it simply; all the agreements and protocols we had will remain as before.
Agreement regarding preferential rights
Today we signed the "Agreement regarding preferential rights in Noble Drilling Norge AS".
This signing is important for all those who were made redundant in spring 2022.
According to the collective agreement, you only have the right to reinstatement from the time you had your last day of pay after receiving notice of dismissal.
Now NAF and NDN have agreed that everyone who is entitled to reinstatement and who was dismissed in spring 2022 has priority right until 14 December 2024.
