Noble Ansattes Forening (NAF) in Industri Energi (IE) will shortly send out information to be completed for all members who have so far said "YES" to be involved in the cases.
IE is now working on the last details before this is sent out.
This also applies to those who have not said "YES", and who may be entitled to participate.
We have been made aware that some say that this is a case that will create a precedent and that this will apply to everyone in Noble Drilling Norge AS.
THIS IS NOT TRUE AND IS DIRECTLY WRONG.
This is a civil case from each member of Industri Energi and is not a collective action.
Other trade unions or unorganized persons have to run their own affairs.
